Bodies at work

As a Head of Wardrobe, the expectation is you know a little about a lot and you apply those skills to a myriad  of complex situations. You manage assigning work to your team or contractors and allow them to be specialised and efficient in the application of their craft. You plan and sow your garden to then gather the harvest and take it to market. Once the bulk of the work in show creation has fallen to your cutter, your stitchers, your milliners, ect. you are left with the show specific unknowns and trouble shooting. And its up to you as a fearless leader to do what falls in the cracks. Sometimes it is just jumping in with a helping hand to make sure your team makes it over the finish line in time.
